We created Portland Bitters Project from a love of flavor. The botanical world has so much to offer, and traditional bitters were just the tip of the iceberg. We wanted to make a line that was eminently functional in cocktails, non-alcoholic beverages and in the kitchen, and still provided for surprise and intrigue. We use organic botanicals, organic cane spirits and a whisper of raw sugar so you get all the power of our spicy, floral, deeply aromatic profiles. No colorings or thickeners, ever.
