Stone Barn Brandyworks makes craft spirits that capture the essence of the Northwest. Our spirits are mashed, fermented and distilled in our Southeast Portland distillery, using local and organic ingredients whenever possible. In spring, it’s tart stalks of rhubarb and bins of cherries. Summer brings peaches, & apricots, and inky haskap berries. The aroma of apples, quince, and pears marks the onset of fall. And the dark days of winter were made for turning wine to brandy and grain into whiskey.
