We couldn’t be more excited to be working with one our absolute favorite restauranteurs in Portland! So natural, when Jose Chela’s team reached out too us we jumped at the chance to collaborate on a series of limited edition cocktail kits.

The Capullo is the second of three kits that will be introduced with a Zoom cocktail class and available as a kit at out tasting room, or may be purchased as a cocktail at Masia.

1 750ml Bottle of Aria Petal & Thorn Distiller’s Reserve Gin
1 100ml Dr. Adam Elmegarib’s Dandelion & Burdock Bitters
1 Fresh Grapefruit
4-6 sprigs of fresh Rosemary
