What to send

  • A correction. Send the page address and the sentence you believe is wrong, with a source if you have one. Corrections are dated and stay on the page — see how we test.
  • A right of reply. If you operate a site we have written about and a check result is out of date or mistaken, say what changed and when. Re-checks are free and we do not ask for anything in return.
  • A question about the method. If a check does not make sense, that is usually a problem with how we explained it.
  • Press or research. Happy to share how the scorecard is applied.

What not to send

  • Offers to buy a link, a review, a mention or a "collaboration". These are deleted unread.
  • Guest posts. We do not publish them.
  • Complaints about an operator's decision on your account. We have no power over any operator and cannot recover funds. Take it to the operator's own complaints process first, then to the independent adjudicator named in their terms, and read responsible gambling if the loss is doing damage.

Why there is no form

A contact form is a database, a spam filter and a privacy policy clause, all to do what an email address already does. There is none here for the same reason there is no newsletter and no comment section: every one of them collects something about you that this site has no use for. The privacy page lists what is collected, and the list is two lines long.

Everything arriving at that address is read by the same person who runs the checks. There is no support queue, no ticket number and no auto-reply, so if something has gone unanswered for longer than a week, it is worth sending again rather than assuming it was ignored.

Never send account numbers, passwords, card details or copies of identity documents. Nobody here needs them, and nobody legitimate will ask you for them by email.
